Default Anyway to tell if my motor was bored out..

So the previous owner of my car said the owner before him claimed when he rebuilt that the engine was bored out to a 306, the guy i bought it from said he doesnt know if thats true, but iw as wondering if there is any real way to tell

Take it apart and measure the bore. No other way to tell.

Yeah, since there is a negligible horse power and performance gain, the only true way to know if it's been bored over is to take the top end off, and measure the engine stroke, and bore.

Or see if you see .030" on the top of the pistons. Sometimes, SOMETIMES, you can read it with a bore scope.
