Wondering if anybody knows if the 1995 Mustang GT is OBD1 or OBD2?

correct^^^^^^^however the obd 2 port on a sn-95 is non functional and still has the connector out under the hood to run tests.....94-95 used the same harness in the v-8 as was the v-6 and the v-6's had functional obd 2 in sn's iirc...

Default OBDI or OBDII

HUH???
There is a "dog house shapped" plug on the right side near the firewall.
There is also a plug under the dash.
A couple have tried to pull codes with a tester and "0" codes came forth even though the Check Engine light comes on during hard accelleration, but then goes out after de-accellerating. This does not happen consistantly though.
What gives?

If things are still intact, the plugs that go into the cover on the firewall side of the strut tower on the passenger side is for the OBD I test. There should be a multiple wire connector and a single wire connector. If you are following the code reader's instructions, that is where the codes should be read. The check engine light comes on when a code is entered into the stored memory.
