Weird stuttering

Weird stuttering
i have a 94 5.0. The engine stutters and bucks unless i REALLY get into the throttle. After it drives for a while, it seems to be less pronounced but still exists. Even with the engine warm, if i restart the car it will do it all over again, even if its already at operating temp. I have replaced:
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
ECU
Cap, Rotor
Coil
TPS
MAF
Plugs, Wires
Timing is perfect
i am at a loss -- the computer is a 90. The car had a 5 speed but i swapped in an AOD. Thats the only weird thing. The engine is stock.
any ideas?

Sounds emissions system related, EGR, EVP.
Run codes. http://sbftech.com/index.php?PHPSESS...d&topic=2471.0

okay i'll try the engine coolant temperature sensor -- cheap fix. Then move on to the emissions stuff if that doesnt work. The problem is also i have a lot of smog codes thrown on the ECU because the smog stuff was removed. Dont need to smog a 61

Before I read your list I was thinking TPS or MAF. Next I was thinking a vacuum leak.
Sure would be nice to have a wideband hooked up to see what the a/f is doing.
I'm not too familiar with these older 5.0L so I'd listen to guys like mattdel first.
