So then I guess it's more likely that I have a sn95 rear end but how can I tell for sure? If I do have that then what all do I need?

You can't really tell for sure. It doesn't make a difference, either. You need to get aftermarket parking brake cables and modify your parking brake handle. Other than that it's a pretty direct bolt in.

You probably have a fox rear that someone slid ranger axles in to get 5 lugs. If it was a sn95 rear it would already have disc brakes on it.

Okay sounds good so far but i still don't know what to get exactly. i know i need backing plate, rotors, calipers, anti moan brackets, and more but where do i get them from and what am i looking for exactly? Can i just look for sn95 parts and bolt them directly on the axles and rear end i already have and just remove all the drum brake parts? Is it that easy?

Yes except that your axles will be too short. you can either swap out the axles to go along with all that or try and find thunderbird TC or mustang svo rotors that are shallower.

The rear end i have already has axles in it with the drum brake set up on it. Will those axles not work? Someone had take it off of a fox body. I bought the front spindles rotors and calipers along with a complete rear end.

I have a spare 5 lug fox rear in my shed. Ill pull it out tomorrow and take some pics to show you the issue by running the axles you have with a disc setup.

So what do I have to do/get to make it disc brakes? What would be the problem if. It is a fox rear with 5 lug axles?

All you need to get is all the parts from any sn95 including the axles, also e-brake cables and master cylinder. If you are looking to save money get off ebay. I used 03-04 Cobra brake set-up.
