I wouldn't say it's already broken because my car had this same issue, I could get the tube and pull it out push it in pull it out. The vibration caused it to come loose, even when pushed in all the way, because once you put headers on it you can't use the bolt to hold it on, though I'm sure you can bend the tube, I just put a new dipstick on it.

If you want a new dipstick, yes they have $60 & 80 one, depending if you want locking or not, which I did because I just wanted it. Summit sells a Lokar dipstick(get the block entry one) which has a hose and it's braided so it's flexible, really easy to install and you can route it to mount to your headers via one of the bolts.

It's the best way to go, and it looks nice and has orings on it as well, two to be exact. I'd spend the money and get the locking one because if you ever decide to build up your motor higher compression motors have a problem sometimes with blowing the dipstick out and the locking one prevents that.
