Default T5 to C4 swap

I currently purchased a C4 tranny for $300 freshly rebuilt with a stallion 2500 converter and hurst shifter. What do I need to do a successful swap. Oh and this going on a carb setup.

I know I need the following:

New Flywheel
Automatic Drive Shaft (unless I can re-use the existing one)
Radiator to Tranny line
Kickdown Rod from Carb to Tranny??

for the pedal assembly. Can I just remove the clutch pedal and be good or do I have to swap out the manual pedal assembly for automatic pedal assembly?

Yes, you will want a kickdown rod and a carb linkage with a spot to hook it up. Of course, you will need a shifter linkage, and hopefully it will fit the hole in your floorboards. I don't know if the C4 will fit your existing bell housing.

I hope this helps.

uhhhh no..you leave it in place or just unbolt the clutch pedal(unless you want to spend hours under the dash for an automatic sized brake pedal...all he will need to do is install the factory jumper plug in to the harness going to the clutch safety switch

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ its pointless to swap pedal assemblies, and if you are running a this in a fox you wont need a driveshaft spacer, in an sn body you do need one.
You also wont need a kickdown anything IF the vlv body is manual.
No the bellhousing he has will not fit a c4, the t5 bolt to the case in four locations a c4 has the bellhousing bolting inot 5 or 7 places into the case and or thru the front pump pending model c4?!

Find out what you have then we can help you get it right!
