Thats what I thought, i think I'm outsmarting myself with these electrical projects. Those aren't 12 volt wires, so it wouldnt have fried the receiver having the wires tied together would it?

That receiver should have a fuse in it so if anything you blew the fuse . I think you need to just untie all the wires that are tied together

If i did, is that easy to replace?

Update: I redid the wires earlier and it didnt blow the fuse, so the dash lights problem is solved

fuse should be in the back of the unit like a automotive fuse or inline on the 12v constant feed. I doubt you hurt the unit though.
