I kno what you mean about a money out. I thought the same about mine. Then when I got into the bike you get literally half the parts, half the size and usually cost AT LEAST twice as much. Hell an exhaust is +$2k, 2 tiny little 310mm brake discs are $750, cams are over $1k lol. Like I said, I think I might be coming back to the car scene a bit more!

Can't say i agree with you on that. I see where your getting your assumption though. Im very open to advice and opinions and think them over a lot. I was very puzzled when he told me what he did but i personally didnt believe it a lot. I mean if thats what worked for him then i guess it did! My goal is to have a daily driver that runs low 12's (for now) all day at the track and have a car capable of performing hard from the dig or taking cars on a roll. I just got home and literally about 30 minutes ago i was with my friend leaving an eating estabilshment and stumbled upon a pontiac GTP a newer model mustang maybe an 06 and a forest green notchback fox with on slicks with a crazy sound turbo. There was too many cars in front of us but i can tell the greenn notch was trying to get wild. The solver 06 mustang kept ripping it whenever i would get closer just casually driving since if i build up rpm's lets say around 3k just to accelerate a little more my car screams and i guess he thinks im trying to race haha. I didnt even wanna bother felt inadequate. Thats what i mean by rolls lol

yea i know traction will always be an issue, im just hoping for more pull and better acceleration from a roll or in a higher gear. You would be suprised. Some of these 4 cylinder cars have ***** nowadays. The aftermarket motors and setups and their power to weight ratio really goes into effect. I havent really raced my friend yet because i feel like im gunna lose and im going to here **** about it. But right before i do my cam suspension tune setup and welds with radials ill record a run from the dig and a roll and ill post it up. I told my friend about all the issues some people told me but he told me to not worry and that im jsut getting too paranoid. When the cam goes in and tires come youll be happy lol

so let me get this right, you have trickflow heads and intake but you have a stock cam? if this is the case no wonder why its running like garbage. you may have the heads and intake that flow great but they will not flow to their peak with out the proper cam.

i think you should really do some research on how cams work before you make a selection. knowing how a cam work can make or break what you end up buying. bigger isnt always better.
