Default Do the cam bearing oil holes need to line up perfectly?

Do the cam bearing oil holes need to line up perfectly to the oil holes? I notice the cam bearings in the middle are not lined up perfectly flush to the oil holes but the oil holes are open a little bit. Do they need to be lined up perfectly?
