I didnt have the shifter back in yet, so it was in gear. Never let off clutch. Im just gonna tear it back down and take my time. I was in a hurry to get the tranny off my chest. Prolly messed up the bearings.

I pulled the tranny. Pilot bearing looked fine. I noticed where the t/o bearing goes on the clutch fork is kinda loose. I could give the lil prongs a bend or do I need to get a new clutch fork? Then its on to find where the clicking is coming from.

I would also take a look at the pivot stud on the clutch fork.

Got it in. I think the thing that was making it hard was doing off my chest. I just wasnt level with motor. Got in snug without having to use the bolts. Took a 2x4 on the clutch pedal and a lot of wiggling. Hopefully the clicking will go away. Thanks everyone for the advise.

Found where the clicking came from. The inside of the bellhousing had some marks from the pressure plate.
