Im no turbo guy my self but Im gonna say that your gonna probly need to let others know what kind of mods if any have been done to the block , such as pistons , connecting rods , and crank? Also how much boost your running currently.

Change the spring in your waste gate. Run a more radical tune. You didn't mention an intercooler. You'll gain power from an intercooler but your boost PSI will drop slightly due the the restriction. (Well worth it) Consider meth injection.

Yea, as the previous have said. More info please.

How is the computer monitoring air flow. How is the air being delivered. Fuel pressure. Boost. Ect...

More details the better my friend. Also, keep in mind more boost isn't always the route to more power. The only thing you can be certain is it'll put more strain on your motor. Trust me.

i havent done anything other than the turbo kit and yes i have an intercooler from the on3 performance turbo 2gen. but the 61 mm turbonetics turbo. i have had the car tuned at 8lbs of boost making 377hp 453tq at dallas mustang, we want to turn it up to 13 lbs of boost to make 491hp 583tq but we want to do it safely. what parts would you guys recommend to build the engine to hold the 13 lbs? or even to turn it up to 17lbs? we can put the 13lbs on but we felt it was too much power for the stock engine. any help would be appreciated

The 94 and 95 blocks all have hyperutectic pistons (not forged). Which doesn't mean they can't handle the boost, but, they're not going to hold up to pre-ignition nearly as well so whatever you do, stay conservative on the tune.

If it's the stock longblock I'd opt to put new heads and a new cam in it before I'd turn up the boost. That with 6-8lbs of boost you're going to be testing the integrity of the block.

You'd even see a considerable boost from putting a good intake and pelenum on it.

the tune is the most critical
I have the same turbo and running 10 psi 477/520 on stock motor ( made more but dialed it back) anything over 450 is pushing it on stock parts. my tuner has some running 500 at the wheels but its a fine line at that point. boost creep or over rev may push it past that point
the power is there but you need a good tuner to get you there safe
that turbo is good to about 650 and 22psi so if you go forged you have room to grow.

07' and 94' motors are a lot different. If you want to achieve 450-500 hp I wouldn't suggest pushing the boost that high if you want to do it on a stock motor.
