Default Gt40 / Gt 40P question -passages

I have a Gt 40 intake w/ passages, looking to pull the trigger on a set of Gt 40P head w/o passages, with this be ok. Don't care if I run EGR or not.

The passages in the back of the heads for smog..?
If yes are you willing to sale those to me?
