Default Transmission help

Hi , new to the forum and looking for help on my 94 gt. I recently had my trans rebuilt and putting in I forgot to rvt to the bell housing. I realized this after driving 200 miles at 85 mph the whole way. After getting off the highway my car came to a complete stop and shut off. After putting the clutch in to start the car did not want to go into 1st or any other gears, while car was on and in neutral it would start rolling. If I went fully off the clutch it would die. Please help and appreciate it.
