A few months ago I parked my 91 mustang my dad went to move it and all it would do was crank but not turnover I remembered it didn't have much gas so I thought he blew the fuel pump so I changed it and it didn't Do anything a friend told me it might be the tfi module so I changed that as well I checked the relay it was fine. I have fuel coming and spark does anyone have any idea what's going on?

What exactly do you mean by 'cranking but not turning over?' Do you mean it's turning over but won't start?

Spray carb cleaner in the throttle body while turning it over and see if it tries to crank.

It's turning over but not starting and tries spraying starting fluid and it's helps a lil bit. But still doesn't turn on

Sounds like it's not getting spark, start there in the trouble shoot........

define , helps a little?? meaning once you spray the ether in the throttle body it fires for a split second?? Be generous on the squirt so it'll run for more than a nano second.

If it starts with the ether you have spark but no fuel

Yep, has some sparks, no fuel, check pump and all wiring........
