no oil pressure....is this the cause?

Default no oil pressure....is this the cause?

I have no oil pressure. Pump does push oil but little to no pressure. I pulled off the timing cover to find this when I spin the pump...


Is this normal?

Yeah that's kinda what I was hoping it wasn't but had a feeling it was. Doesn't even look like theres a bearing in there. Might just hold out till my 408w stroker is done.
