Default Window motor removal

Does any one know how to remove the window motor on a 94GT? Every thing I have seen and read show to remove 2 nuts and 2 bolts. On my window et up there are not nuts or bolts. They have what appear to be bolts coming from the back side into a aluminum disk. Almost as if they were riveted on. Am I going to have to cut them off? Here is a picture of what I am talking about
Thanks

Those 3 bolts have to come out , don't cut the rivets off . Just unplug the motor , remove the bolts that are in those 3 holes , and reach around threw the door and pull it out.

I bought a complete regulator with the motor mounted on it all ready. I will take a look to see how hard it will be to just change the motor though. If ford would have been smart enough to put bolts in for all years. I could have been done with this in about 20 minutes or less. I will take a look at the new set up in a couple minutes to see how hard or easy it will be.
Thanks.

I just looked at the new one. The only way to replace the motor is to remove the whole assembly. The motor can't be removed by it self

Well, I got the rivets out pretty easy. I did a quick vid showing how I did it in case any one else has to go through it too. It seems like the wires on the new motor are reversed though. Up is down and down is up. I also have an issue with the window not working with the switch. I have power as I should to all the wires on the controller. but only power to the yellow wire I think it is on the motor. I will sort that out this weekend. I may have to cut the wires and switch them. And maybe run a new wire for the controller. I will do a little more investigating first. Any ways. here is a link in case it may help some one else out in the future
