Will a printed circuit from a 1981 Mustang dash work in a 1979 Mustang? 1979 is 2 piece and 1981 is one piece. The trails I could trace matched.

If the wiring schematic for what plugs into the dash circuits matches between the two years, (Wire colors and pinouts) then it should work fine. Any differences in traces on the board itself would be revisions that ford made that didn't impact the wiring harness going to it.
