Tranny Rebuild-Cant get gears lined up right

i didnt really rebuild, just replaced seals and now i cant get this thing back together. all gears still intact , i think the shafts just rotated and moved a bit. Is there a specific piscture or diagram just so i can see how to position the shafts ??
Pullin my hair out right now!

Ok n how would I know its in nuetral or lined up correct? The shaft is at least rotating now when I hand turn it but kinda rough. I dont want to install it n grind my gears ou.

It should be fairly easy to turn the input shaft if its in neutral and the out put shaft will remain still.
