Key off, signal still operates

Key off, signal still operates
94 Mustang GT.
With the key off and out of the ignition if I flip my signal on it will still blink.
Sup with that? Where would I even begin to look to see what's going on there. It's not the whole switch either, key off wipers and washer fluid and all the wont operate as they shouldn't but turn signal still does.
