Really?? Is it the original? Every thing I find online, as well as all the foxes I looked at in the same junk yard did not have one on this portion.

Wheel cannot be straightened by removal and rotation. The wheel is on a square shaft so it can only go on in 4 different quarter turn positions, not to mention the plug for the bag and cruise controls goes in the column through a hole in the wheel so it had to go on in a specific position.
