Sounds more like a bad throttle position sensor, tfi module or possibly even the pip or pick up coil in the dizzy

The tfi module is on the side of the distributor.

yea i have already replaced that lol i wonder if i got a bad tps cause when i changed it, nothing happened. my dad listened to it today and he said its either fuel or spark related cause theres a very strong miss when u rev it between 1100-2k rpms in neutral . do you guys think my injectors are clogged? the car has 94k on it and they are prob stock injectors.

I changed my tps (for no good reason) and TFI also for no good reason, and got the same results you're having. The tps was off my old TB so i know its not bad. Or wasn't. Put it on a 75mm Pro Products TB I just put on that came with the previous owners iac and tps. Replaced both. And replaced the TFI because I wanted to i guess? So its one of those. OR something around them.. or the plug for the tps... I should really get back out under my hood.

put tfi back to stock, runs great. Replacing plugs and wires tomorrow. Then throwing new TFI back in to see if it still bucks. Could be just a poor ignition set up. New cap and rotor went on today. I'm feeling like the ignition setup was just too beat to handle the power of the upgraded TFI
