Default 1.7 Rockers: Noticeable Gain?

Would roller 1.7 rockers make a noticeable gain over stock rockers with my current setup? I'm not asking about worth as everybody has a different view on worth, just will i see and feel a gain in hp/torque.
Ok here is the planned setup: Stock 91 HO lower end and stock cam, GT40P heads with upgraded springs, GT40P intake, 65mm TB, 70mm MAF with 24# tube, 24# injectors, 190 lph fuel pump, CAI, BBK longtubes with offroad h pipe, no smog pump. The car is also running 3:73 gears and a slushbox.
Also if anything is off about this set up let me know. Thanks

I noticed a difference when I did mine a few years back. I upgraded the car one part at a time, including the 1.7 Crane Cobra roller rockers, and they made a noticeable difference in both power (positive) and gas mileage (negative). At the time I still had the stock heads, intake and cam in the car, but with aftermarket exhaust.

Gotta watch PTV clearance, unless the manufacturer states it'll work with stock equipment.

If its a noticeable difference, i think it'll be more mental. I swapped a buddy's cap and rotor for a spare MSD set i had, he swore the car felt faster

They're good for a few extra ponies and a little more loopy idel, but downside is your valve train will wear out 25-50% faster. Most people have to rebuild the valve train around 75,000 miles due to the added wear. Basically as they wear the valves begin to float reducing power.
