I'm putting in modules and relays for an electric fan upgrade and am looking for a good wire to tap into that has power when the car is on and no power when the car is off. Any suggestions? Something by the passenger fenderwell preferably.

Run a switched relay to an empty socket on your interior fuse block on the driver's side

They also make a fused tap that plugs into any of the 12v key on fuses , It basically goes where one of your fuses are . similar to this one.

I believe radio shack sells them . they allow you to tap into any fuse in the box very simple to do.
