Nope, plug and play. Computer might take a few miles to learn upgrades after reset.

It sounds like your all set . The 24s will work fine as long as you have the maf calibrated for the. You may want to get some vacuum line and some caps to plug some of the vacuum ports on the gt40 intake if it came from an explorer there are a few ports you wont use. And you may need to run some longer vacuum lines, I did on my 94 but on the 91 set up maybe not. Tube of black or copper rtv sealent for the lower intake . And if you don't have studs in place for the lower I would get at least 4, 2 on each side because they help to guid the lower intake into place. Not to mention they hold the lower gaskets inplace while you lower the intake down .

Not unless its broken lol ... Or your gonna do the triple heads cam intake combo.

If you ever get around to the heads that is a perfect time to upgrade the cam. Just because almost every thing you need to take off is off , and if you have to match lifters , springs , push rods for the cam you may as well match them to an upgraded cam

I am not , but I doubt you will see any gains with that set up, your restrictions are the heads at the moment., You don't need the 24s at all right now , but they wont hinder any thing. These cars are like Ice cream ... Its good by it self, but its better with chocolate , peanuts and a cherry on top. lol each uprade compliments the next.
