Default test drive issue

So finally after getting everything back together I was out driving the car today. everything was good for a bit, then entering the freeway on a ramp (moderate acceleration) I felt a pretty solid "miss".... not sure what to call it but it felt like a big hesitation. car still would drive fine but as I pulled off the freeway the car would not idle at all.. car still wont idle, I have re-stabbed the dizzy and timed it where it was but no luck at this point.

did a check with a cheap code reader, showed 511, 111, 10

511 - EEC permanent Read Only Memory (ROM) test failed

Ive heard of chips that cause this code... Do you have a tuning chip?

111 = system pass ,
10 = cylinder #1 failed balance test.

check your number one plug and make sure the wire is secure on the dizzy and plug. Or that its not arcing onto the headers or something else.

I don't trust those code readers.
Id do the jumper to read codes cause the only way youd get a code 10 is during the cylinder balance test other than that there are no 2 digit codes on the sn95s

Even the foxes don't have a code 10 other than the balance test.

code 10 is a "separation" code it says in the book. I just pulled the dizzy, re-stabbed (correctly this time) re-timed to 12 deg.. car ran, idled solid, everything was fine. took it out for a drive, about 15min in it gave a little jerk and again wouldn't idle. this time the check engine light came on and stayed on

173-HEGO sensor fault rich
177c-HEGO sensor fault always rich

I do see I have a plug wire with a weak rubber spot on number 4. how far can spark jump to header or block? the boot is looking like its weak but its as far as it can be from the actual engine.

could this issue be caused by a bad o2 sensor, or more likely a cylinder/fuel not running properly
