Keyless entry

Keyless entry
I have a question for the forum pros. I have a 95 vert, looking to install a factory keyless entry system. I believe I have the wiring already in place in the trunk, if I find the module that goes in the trunk, and a couple of fobs, is at all I will need. It does have power locks. Thanks.

It is already equipped with keyless entry if it has power locks.
Does your cars interior light come on when the doors are locked and you pull the door handle? If so you have the keyless entry .
My 94 is in the trunk behind all the plastic on the drivers side .. I had to jump a set of wires on a plug back there to program my remote.
1995 Mustang
1. Turn ignition to RUN or ACC.
2. Momentarily jump pins in programming connector located in LR quarter panel area (Connector will not be plugged into anything, it will have two pins inside it, if you have to unlug it you have the WRONG one. Not all vehicles are set up from factory for keyless remotes) All doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming mode.
3. Press any button on first keyless remote. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming.
4. If programming a second keyless remote, press any button on second keyless remote.
Door locks will cycle to confirm programming.
5. Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.
Look in the LR quarter panel of the trunk for this plug and momentarily jump the 2 prongs I have indicated with a black jumper.
At least that's how I programmed mine I didn't even know I had that feature till the guy up the street told me about it and gave me a key fob and showed me how , he worked at ford for years building the mustangs.

Here is a picture of the bracket that holds the module, and I believe that is the module in the bottom of the picture. http://i838.photobucket.com/albums/z...1f71e4f0e9.jpg
