Default 4 lug rear disk conversion

Is there a kit I can buy to convert the rear brakes to 4 lug disk? I have a nice set of 4 lug rims so I don't want to convert to 5 lug but I need disk brakes.

I live in Europe so going to a junk yard isn't an option. Can I just buy something online?
