Default GT40 - GT40p Question??

I just picked up a set of gt40p heads, I know with these you either have to have the special headers or change a couple of plug wires.

I just ran across a set of gt40 heads but they say they are for marine application the ad says ---- (They have a thicker deck surface for low compression marine application. This set is brand new bare castings.. Durable set of heads would be great for a high horsepower turbo mustang project with some porting and polishing)----

My question is whats the difference in gt40 heads and gt40 heads for marine application... or should i not worry about these and just stay with the gt40p heads. thank in advance for all infomation..
