Default 92 5.0 mustang over heating need help

I have a 92 mustang with a 5.0 that has holly aluminum heads and a b303 cam and it is over heating this all started after I got the car dyno tunned I drove it home about 45 min drive and when I got in my garage I noticed that it was over heating gauge was all the way up . bought a new thermostat and still over heated took thermostat out completely and still over heated it boiled over then thermostat gasget blow . bought a block test kit to see if maybe head gasget was blown due to getting it dyno tunned at least that's what the shop said it could be that test was neg. liquid did not turn color . I am at a dead end radiator is new water pump is fairly new and water seems to be circulating fan clutch seems to be working . only other thing I can think of is when the shop did the tune they also set the timing maybe timing is set too high can this cause over heating . please help me don't want to take motor apart to do a head gaskit thank you

Advancing timing does create more heat, but not near enough to cause what your describing. Did they burn a chip for your ECM, or did they just advance timing with distributor? So car will still overheat even at highway speeds?

what is the base timing your running at? I would call the tuner and let him know your issues.. fuel pressure should be right around 40 psi

you in MN? if it was cooling fine before the tune I would be surprised if it was a head gasket. have you changed the oil or anything? does it kick out colored smoke?

"Probably a head gasket" and they want 1100 to fix it? Tell them to go pack sand.
