Default mechanical timing question

i am finally working on my motor (my wedding took all the money) and wondering if my computer is gonna have any trouble if i advance the timing gear 4 degrees i know it changes how the cam opens and that the computers are funky when it comes to cams so wanna see if anyone else has done this before i finish putting it together

Unless you're looking for a tad more torque in the lower rpm's, there's really no reason to advance it (unless ptv issues arise)
