When is the clicking happening and is it consistent or does it randomly happen?

A clicking relay means that the control side of the relay is having its power turned on/off repeatedly. This is usually due to either a short or loose connection. Find out which relay it is and maybe we can point you in the right direction.

You could try bringing it to your local auto parts store and see if they have one available. If it is a standard relay then most likely they do and are fairly inexpensive. Good luck...
