No Fuel to carb but pump is running?!
I have 94 gt with a carb and 302 I bought as is so I dont exactly know what all has been done with it.
It has been running the last few days and went to start it tonight and no fuel at carb or before the regulator. I can hear the pump running, need some ideas.
Also I disconnected the vacuum advance because it was running like with it on. What exactly does that mean?
thanks for any advice

Ummm, what kind of fuel pump are you running? Inline blue Holley ?
What's your base timing set at right now?
The more information you can provide helps us out alot.
Edit: Is there gas in the tank?

If its using an in tank electric pump with a 7psi carburetor fpr and its not getting any fuel then I suspect the inline filter is plugged up or the line came off the pump inside the tank or the pump it self is just shot, they can run with out pumping any fuel if the impeller in the pump is disintegrated.
Pull the line off the filter and place it in a bucket and turn the key on and see if fuel comes out of the line. If yes replace filter, if no drop tank and inspect line , and or replace pump.

Got under the car today it apparently has a mr gasket fuel pump that seems to be working I disconnected the outlet and fuel comes out with the key on but still no fuel to the carb. Im at a loss now. I guess I will just have to replace it
