there was a filter before and after the pump I took both off cause there is one at the carb and on the pump itself. And yea im taking the main fuel line off today to check it out.

hey everyone got the car running today now that I had some time, Im active duty army so I dont have much time during the week. I dropped the tank and there was a screen ziptied to the pickup line clogged with all kinds of crap hopefully there isnt more of it in the tank. thanks for the help

I hope you put a new screen on it . Those are there to keep larger crap out of the pump.
