hesatation bad 91 5speed vert

my stang bucking and poping when takeing off most of the time and at 55 u can feel the hesitation i used code reader and got 33 41 91 96 help plz

check firing order, then make sure all tune up parts are good, then look for vac leaks, then make sure maf is clean
