Need Help, cant figure out this noise. Sounds like a hissing/swooshing sound

motor is a stock rebuild with about 40k on it. and heads were actually rebuilt with upgraded springs about 10k ago. Tailpipes are not showing and oily residue leaking out, just one of the mufflers is. Im about to go crawl underneath the car and take h-pipe off and check out the ends for any carbon exhaust build up or any holes etc.
Ill take a better look at the oily residue while the car is in the air, since it was on the ground when I saw the oily residue and it was hard to crawl far enough underneath to get a good look. However idk if this makes sense, but it seems like the rubber exhaust hangers are melting and gooey and have a residue themselves. Could be that leaking onto muffler, from above.
