Hello All. Well i installed new bbk shorty headers but i have a leak at the tube that goes from header to egr valve. I had some troubles aligning them and tight them but i guess i have a small leak there. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Have you tried putting one end of the tube on and leaving it loose then starting the other end? In other words don't tighten anything until you have both ends started.

Yes! i started from egr to header finger threading both then tight both little by little. At first i thought it was the actual tube that wasnt the size but maybe its just me. I was able to tighten both but i still hear a little leakage.

that stupid tube is a pain. It fits believe me. I think what i did was loosen the egr valve and kinda pried on it to get it on both ends. I was kinda drunk when i did it and broke the cruise control cable. lol Just get creative and don't drink and it will go on.
