Question Dash Clock

Supp' Fellow M/Fr's and a Belated Happy Turkey Day to All.
Recently swapped out my stock 4pc Headlights for 1 pc Euro pair.
Look / work nice, but my Dash clock Crapped out...
Read articles about ground wires, dimmer switch, etc.,.
Bought a "Tested /Working" one off E-bay ( $20 w/s&p ) plugged it in ... Nada..Thoughts, Tips...

Throw it away and get a gauge pod.

At least that was my solution when my dash clock died on my SN95.
