Default 1 spark plug covered in grease

Hi I just bought a 1990. I started changing the spark plugs when I noticed 1 was covered in grease on the plug and on the wire boot. What does this mean?

Is it a white looking grease? Either way it is supposed to be there , dielectric grease , or silicon based grease to keep the plug wires from corroding.

??? That's a good one. As dawson said, it should be dielectric grease, but it's usually a somewhat clear grease, maybe just very old and dirty. And only being on one cyl. Hmmm, don't know.
