Hi I just bought my mustang. I noticed the steering felt a little heavy but not too much. It doesnt make any whining noises and at low speeds its hard to steer and park. But I checked and saw the ps pump on the belt. And it had green fluid in it. Whats uo with that?

The fluid is either very very old, or someone put a synthetic fluid in it. There are a few brands of synthetic fluid for import cars that is green.

Do you have under drive pulleys? Those will make the steering seem heavy at idle speeds.

Yea so im gonna change the ps fluid. Ibforgot to mention when im parking, andmy foot is off the gas its hard to steer. As soon as I touch the gas it eases up completely

I can't say for certain that the fox mustang had this, I simply don't remember, but a pressure sensor in the steering lines is responsible for bumping the idle a tiny bit while not moving so that you don't experience what you just said.
