Default which electric fuel mump to use

I am installing a new 331 in my 66. I am looking for recommenations on which fuel pump to use? the builder left the ecentric off the cam an I have the block off.

which units are best and where is the best location to install it. can I go insert the hood or does it need to be in the rear next to the tank?

THanks
B

MonsterBilly, gaslog4 is right on. Never forget to include the benefits that mother nature supplies us with. I don't know if you are carbed or EFI. On our EFI 308 I installed a 110 gph. On the 1987 Foxbody 331, holley carbed, I am getting great results with the stock/oem in the tank electric fuel pump, and fuel lines. Check with any aftermarket, suppliers. They will help you decide. Also, don't forget your canister type fuel filter located between the fuel tank/cell and fuel pump. Also, a must is a really top shelf fuel regulator to top the job off. Again, the type of fuel pump you choose will determine the pressure setting at the regulator. This is a critical issue so take your time choosing the right fuel delivery combo.
