help 93 mustang lx 5.0 Misses with a lopy idle

Just thinking out loud but I'm guessing if it did not do that before you replaced those parts then something related to those ignition components is causing the issue, but if it did that before then I'm not sure what would cause it.
But since its misfiring then I'm guessing something with the parts you put on. Everything on tight and proper?

Yeah it was doing this before Replacing the part The only thing I haven't replaced yet is the Pip/ Pick up Cole inside the distributor I ran the check engine light codes today And it shot a bunch of codes that I cannot find like 518 851 345 And the only Codes i could Find Was the IAC Circuit failure and 02 bank 1 I replace the IAC And it did not change the miss.

It sounds like you didn't read the codes correctly . 86-93 mustangs only have 2 digit codes.
I suspect this 51 - Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Open (CM,O
NOT 518
Try again http://www.dfwmustangs.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7908
Also clean the MAF

KOEO code 51 Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Open means the ecu is not getting feed back from ect sensor.
KOER code 21 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Out Of Self Test Range. 0.3 to 3.7 volts(O,R) Means that the ect is out of its test range , which would coincide with it not registering in the KOEO test.
The other codes are not really that important they are all smog and egr related.
I would change the ECT , it is pretty cheap and easy to do
As it is responsible for telling the computer what the temp of the engine is , and the computer uses this data to determine fuel mixture settings.
