Default New Throwout bearing defective?

The new Ford TO bearing I received is slightly lopsided when you rotate it. I contacted 50resto and they said that a slight wobble is normal. I think its ok, but wanted to double check with you guys.

lol perfectly fine,its like that to help dampen momentum and preserve its life
