Thumbs down 5.0 over heating

so when i was out driving and doing doughnuts in a parking lot about 2 weeks ago when it was cold out my car got a little warm. made me concerned b/c mine stays on the cold side. a couple days later i drove my car again and it started to get hotter and hotter so i pulled over and checked coolant and everything. sat there for about 10 mins to cool down and it stayed really cool after with no heater. thermostat was the bad solutions b/c it was stuck open. did boil test and nothing. re placed that and then drove around and my car after about 10 mins of driving sitting at a light my car started to get warm and my heater stopped working. im puzzled on what it could be. not the right mixture of antifreeze? thanks

+1 ^^^

Whenever you lose hot air blowing from the heater, it means coolant flow thru the heater core stopped. Usually from low coolant or air pocket. I bet your low on coolant right now.
