Default Random miss 1989 GT hatch

Hey guys so I just replaced the tfi control module as it went out on me last week, with an accel high performance tfi I also put a msd cap and rotor on now it fires up and runs great except now I have this random miss I could go a day with out it missing or sometimes it will miss two or three times on my 15 min drive to work. Any ideas why? Is there something I could have missed or messed up when changing these parts. I did mark the distributor and made sure it went back where it was when doing the fti control module. Please any help would be greatly appreciated

I've tried that no visible arc, it's not like a normal miss as if I had a split boot or worn wire. It could run all day and not do it but then all the sudden out of nowhere it will drop out and come back like the engine died for a split second... Rather violent, Thank you for replying I really appreciate it.

You said you marked dizzy when you pulled it, and got it close on install, but have you checked with a light yet?

EDIT: Never mind this post, reread your third post and I jumped the gun.
