OK, Is there a difference between cobra and gt40 (explorer) intake?
Can I benefit from just the lower intake upgrade w/ out upper plenum upgrade
and w/ or w/out gt40 head upgrade?
any benefit to upgrading throttle body w/out upgrading injectors?

just trying out where to put my money (very little) bestbang for my buck

It's basically the same intake except the Explorer has a bolt on EGR spacer vs the Cobras one piece intake snout.

Do the upgrade all at once to feel any kind of change in HP and get the gt 40 heads accufab 70 mm TB,75 MAF,1.7 Crane Rockers,255 Walbro fuel pump and shortie headers. Keep the 19 lb injectors on car just get them rebuilt here it's cheaper than buying new ones ! 19's is all you need for that set up and will work just fine....

You have to do the upper and lower intake together, and just the intake will make a noticeable difference. You don't need to do injectors at this point. Heads will make the largest difference, along with rear axle gears. MA will make more difference than the TB. Ditto for headers or exhaust.
