Default springs for gt40 heads

Hey everyone. I have a 95 gt that I bought with the explorer gt40 head swap. I don't think the previous owner upgraded the valve springs and I've heard the stock springs from an explorer aren't strong enough for the stock mustang cam.

So id like to upgrade the springs, but I'm not planning on doing a camshaft upgrade anytime soon.

So far I found these:
http://www.alexsparts.com/sb-ford-gt...it-hyd-roller/

They appear to be a straight swap for the stock springs.

With the stock cam, anyone have any good suggestions for a stock valve spring upgrade on my gt40s?

Any personal experience?

Would the Alex parts springs be fine?

Thanks everyone

I used these http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...gs-Upgrade-Kit from trick flow. The machinist who did the valve job on my heads said it was the best kit he's used. They're also good for higher lift cams if you eventually do a cam swap.

If you are keeping the stock H.O. cam...Alex will likely adjust seat pressure from 120# down to 110# (that's what he did for mine)...So decide on cam before you commit.

So trick flow or Alex parts?

Also what else do I need to put in new springs and is there a way to do it without taking the head off the engine?
