my 1995 5.0 Gt HO runs rough and shake violently from idle to 1500 rpm, I have replaced mass air flow sensor and idle sensor the timing is good and the engine mounts and harmonic balancer are good. it acted this way before but stopped before I could find the problem. Has anyone had this problems?

Sounds like a miss in more than one cylinder. Since it comes and goes check ignition and fuel for each cylinder. Check for loose grounds and wires.

I replaced all the fuel injectors, checked all ground wires, ignition and fuel to all cylinders they are all good, I put all new wire, sparkplugs, cap and rotor. I double check the timing too. reset the computer and it sill shake badly.
