A1000 fuel issues
I believe that I have a fuel problem. Just a little background, I let the car sit up for 4 years. Earlier this month I decided that I was going to get it back on the road or possibly sale it. I have an A1000 fuel pump system, and when I get ready to start the car and let the fuel pump prime it will read 36PSI. However, when I attempt to turn it over the PSI gauge will read 0 PSI. Is this common? Additionally, it could be the fuel injectors or a fuel pressure regulator. How can I diagnose these without replacing all the parts at once? (I’m on a budget) Could the engine have gone bad? Should I do a compression check?
Lastly, I have changed all of the fluids and the engine is getting spark. Someone give me some options/opinions of what I should do.
