When these were released did the boot that came with car match the interior or the convertible top? Our interior is white and the top is black. My wife and I are starting the restoration on this car hoping to bring it back as close as possible to original.

it depends, sometimes the boot would match the interior, like if the interior was porno red......I'd often see the boot in said color, however, in my case where the interior was grey and the top was black, the boot was black.......iirc originally from ford the tops either were black or white...most were black...I could be wrong
