Cold start no Idle need help.
Ok I know y'all must be getting tired of my questions and endless threads. I have replaced my tps, ect, iac (didnt fix it so i took it back) and cleaned the maf. I have also reset base idle and timed it. hunted for vac leak (none to be found) egr smog and **** in passenger corner underhood has all been removed.
When I get it warm it runs and idles fine, still a bit rich. But when I first start it up it starts and dies about three times then I put my foot in it for about 30-45 sec and it will idle. but if I rev on it, it pops and misses. If I let it idle for about 5 min then it runs like a brand new one. oh yeah new o2 sensors and no cats.
2040 compucam longtube headers and flows with off road pipe, short ram air intake. Evrything else is stock. what do I try next.

yes I have timed it with a light and it pretty good right at 14 BTDC. I think ive got a miss. will that make it run rich. if i pull one wire no change if I pull two I think I can hear it, third wire I can definetley tell. is there any other way to know where the miss is at I am pretty sure it one wire cause I moved it form two to three and no change with cyl three wire pulled.. I dunno I probably need to take a break.

You should be able to hear/feel a definite difference just pulling one wire.
Have you checked for any stored codes yet.
When I first got my car, it was an eye burner like yours. Pulled codes an it showed a faulty ECT reading out of tolerance, replaced it and it made a huge difference.
Are you running an off-road h-pipe? Running no cats makes the eye-burning exhaust even worse.

Did your current set up run OK in the past-and recently got hard to start?
You should be able to clip the timing light to each plug wire-one at a time. If one is not firing, the light will not light when clipped to that plug wire. I'd also check compression while it's cold-you may have a valve that is not seating properly, did you check for vacuum leaks with a gauge?
